Ravi Vishnu - Chairman & Managing Director
Vishnu is an M.E. in Computer Science from PSG College of Technology. He focuses in Finance, HR, and Marketing at CSSTL . He concentrates on development of new vistas for business development in Utilities and eGovernance markets. He has rich experience in handling large eGovernance projects, IT implementation projects in Power Utilities, and customized BPO services. He is currently the Chairman & Managing Director at CSSTL. He has extensive experience and knowledge in system management, systems engineering, business development, process development and operations management challenges. He is responsible for finance management, and all investment and investor related issues.

Sunder N. Raj - Executive Director & CEO
Sunder is an M.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur. He focuses in new technology initiatives, Engineering Services, IT services, and Product development at CSSTL . He focuses on development of International business initiatives and marketing. He has worked on implementation of large software services, IT delivery in Power Utilities, and eGovernance. He is currently the CEO & Executive Director at CSSTL . He focuses on contributing to international business capture and development, creating strategic relationships for business growth, including competitive suppliers, partnerships and acquisitions. He possesses expertise in structuring processes for performance enhancement, quality initiatives for increasing profitability within the organization.

Bhopal A. Reddy - Director (Operations)
Bhopal holds a graduate degree from IIT, Kharagpur. He focuses in operations management, and technology management at CSSTL. He has extensive experience in handling large eGovernance projects, customized IT projects, IT training and Software services. He is currently the Whole Time Director at CSSTL. He excels in operations management, process and product implementation, Key client management, quality management, performance management, and project management with focus on ensuring that the projects are completed on schedule and budget.
