CS has been creating value and has been partnering its clients in realizing higher revenue for the past 25 years. We have worked with various types of clients in the Utilities domain. We have worked in the following areas for numerous clients:

 

We have operated in more than 8 states in India and currently handle more than 23 Lakh consumers across India on a monthly basis. This also places us in good stead with respect to local implementation requirements for faster project delivery schedules among all our competitors.

 

 

We have focused on providing IT services for back office processing and customer management, which are the core activities of any Utility company. Back office related services include customer database management, MIS analysis, management of facilities such as hardware and software, management of broadband network connectivity, Load flow analysis, Computation of losses and their financial implications, and electrical network configuration studies.

 

Customer data collection by employing field data survey and collections, collection of information about electrical/network assets, Geographical data capture, development of electrical network diagrams, GIS mapping, integration of customer data with GIS data are among the other core services offered.

 

Customer management takes the prime seat in our service offering. We focus on front line activities customer relationship management, customer database development, Spot metering and Billing, Automatic metering, remote metering, disconnections, dismantling of meters, and Reconnections.

 

Back office operations such as Billing, accounting, and MIS reporting are also offered. Customer interfacing activities such as establishing customer collection centers, collections, establishment of various payment channels including Web, handling customer requests, and redress of complaints through trouble call management centers are among the other service offering.
