R. Radha Krishna Murthy
Mr. Radha Krishna Murthy graduated in Electrical Engineering in the year 1958 from Madras University and joined Government service during 1958 and later in the service of APSEB. He worked in several capacities and in various wings of APSEB namely: designs, commercial, rural electrification, operation & maintenance of distribution, personnel department, project planning and implementation. He was in-charge of Personnel department for about a decade and made significant contributions in manning a large establishment of about 60,000 employees and also in implementing major reforms.
He was responsible for formulation of schemes for electrifying rural areas covering thousands of villages. He is also responsible for designing and implementing several 33/11KV sub-stations, 33/11KV sub-transmission lines and 11KV/400V distribution network. He introduced hot line techniques for attending maintenance jobs on the live lines and equipment resulting in saving of revenue to the organization. After studying the pattern of existing meter reading, billing and collection of revenue, he introduced several reforms for effective utilization of revenue organization and to improve the financial status of the Board.
Tayi Krishna Rao
Mr. T Krishna Rao held important positions in the AP State Electricity Board including the posts of Chief Engineer, Corporate Planning.
Krishna Rao has many years experience in planning, design and material procurement for various substation for both sub-transmission and transmission systems with a view to enhance the transformer capacitors in the existing substations in addition to new substations. He has about 30 years of intensive experience in preparation of technical specifications, bid evaluation, placing orders, quality control and inspections. He was also incharge for inspection of distribution improvement works executed under World Bank loan in Andhra Pradesh. He excels in evaluation and award of construction contracts and related works, execution of major substations including HVDC, transmission line, upgrading of existing line for operation at higher voltages and many other innovative works.
Mr.J.M.Sarma, Vice President (Technical)
Mr. J.M.Sarma is a technocrat with over 28 years of rich cross-cultural experience in various industries like Shipyard, Paper, Cement, Oil, Telecom, Power, Textiles, Polyester and Real Estate. He has served in the senior management level in reputed organisations like Hindustan Shipyard Limited, Sirpur Paper Mills Limited, Associated Cement Companies Limited, Kuwait National Petroleum Company, Tech Mahindra Limited, Essar Power Limited and Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Limited. He has in-depth knowledge in the areas of IT Strategic Planning, Project Management including ERP (SAP & Oracle E-Business Suite), IT Infrastructure Management, IT Security ISO 27001, Vendor Management, System & Database Administration, Training & Support and Resource Planning & Control. He is also well versed with ISO 9001, PCMM, CMM-5 and ISO 27001 Standards.
Rudra Pratap, Principal Consultant (Business Development)
Rudra Pratap has been engaging himself in understanding current and upcoming technological innovations in the fields of Energy/Utilities. He has a good understanding ot the Media/Entertainment and Real Estate domains as well. He has served in various positions in multiple software development lifecycles, Business Development and Innovation. He was a key member of the 'Center of Excellence for Gaming and Animation' for Media and Entertainment vertical in Wipro and contributed to various business ideation phases. An MS in Software Engineering from BITS, Pilani and an Executive MBA from IIM, Kolkata, he loves to be present on the edge of technological breakthroughs. He currently heads the business development team. He is responsible for the inductive, organic and inorganic identification of business opportunities. His 8 years of experience spans stints at Wipro Technologies, Reliance Big Entertainment and Aliens Group.
