Description: MetRecaa is the Meter Data Acquisition tool of choice if there are a diverse set of meters to be managed. In the power sector domain, MetRecaa enables collection of data from all Substation feeder meters, DTR meters, and selected HT & LT meters. In Gas distribution domain, MetRecaa can be used to aggregate and process information from multiple metering stations. On the domestic gas distribution front, this can be used to collect and process information from varied types of automated domestic meters. MetRecAA has been developed on a completely open architecture – The Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). This capability ensures that the system can be used to effectively integrate with other third party meter data acquisition systems with relative ease. Data required for MetRecaa can be provided by any solution that caters to open standards for data presentation such as XML.
